Minimum rental time is one month.

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

NO, all units are one month minimum.  All units are rented on a month to month basis and prorated if needed. All rents are due on the FIRST of the month.

 

HOW DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Simply give us a call and we will set up a time to meet and get you just the right unit to meet your needs.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

You may change your unit size at anytime simply stop in and let us get the correct size for your needs.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

All Payments Due on the FIRST of the Month. We take Cash, M/O, or Checks. We do not take CREDIT/ DEBIT CARDS we can send a paypal invoice for you to pay.
